Terms of Service

General

  • I have the right to refuse a commission

  • Commercial use of the art is prohibited unless an additional fee is paid

  • Unless discussed otherwise, I keep the copyright of the art and am allowed to use it in my portfolio and to promote my services

  • I work with commission contracts, this is to ensure both of our safety to prevent scamming. The only personal information required for this is an e-mail address and your current country.

Pricing

  • All listed prices are the minimum base price in USD$

  • Complex designs, details and backgrounds will lead to additional charges (the final amount can only be stated once I have a good idea of what you want)

  • Additional characters add 50% of the base price per character

  • Substantial changes to the piece (different pose etc.) or more than 4 revisions will lead to additional charges

Payment

  • All payments are made via PayPal, the link will be provided on request

  • I take 50% of the discussed price as an upfront payment

Turnaround time

  • Depending on the complexity of the request, turnaround time is between 1 to 3 weeks usually

  • I do rush jobs (less than 1 week) for an additional fee of 20%

Commission Timeline

  1. After you contact me, I will ask various questions to get a good idea of what you want and give you a price.

  2. If you agree to commission me, you will get an e-mail with a link to a contract stating the specifics of the commission and the terms of service.

  3. We can negotiate the contents of the contract until we both agree and sign it.

  4. You will get the link to my PayPal and pay the upfront amount before I start working on your piece

  5. I will send you watermarked previews of the current version of the piece when I've finished a sketch, roughly coloured it, and finished it, or whenever you ask for it.

  6. You will have the chance to either say what you'd like changed or approve of the current version before I move on to the next stage.

  7. If you approve of the watermarked final piece, you will pay the remaining 50% and then receive the full resolution file from me.

Additional notes

  • Please provide good reference images! Working off a description alone means I have to spend a lot more time preparing inspiration

  • References can be things like colours, pose, hairstyle, face shape, an outfit, overall vibes etc.

  • Communication is key, please be honest if you'd like any changes to be made!
